Julia Haramis is a New York based nutritionist devoted to eating fresh and delicious whole foods, living a healthy lifestyle, being considerate to our environment, staying active in fun ways and constantly striving to be happy while living life to its fullest! She will be sharing her passion and knowledge with you, while teaching you the benefits of a Mediterranean Diet. Yoga ~ We will practice Yoga every morning and evening. All classes will be led by Julia Haramis, 500 RYT, who teaches in the Vinyasa flow style with a strong emphasis on alignment. Morning classes combine pranayama (breath work) and energizing Vinyasa flow. Afternoon practices will combine light Vinyasa flow, deep stretching, guided meditation and restorative postures.
